What types of events can be held at the Bean Barn?
Our indoor/outdoor spaces are perfect for both private & corporate events:

How many guests can the Barn accommodate?
The barn comfortably accommodates up to 750 guests, depending on layout and décor.
Is the Barn climate controlled?
Not currently, but we do have units to help heat and cool the space, making it ideal for events year-round.
What amenities are included in the rental?
Rental includes access to the barn, tables and chairs, on-site parking, portable restrooms, and outdoor patio space. The Barn does not include lighting packages, décor rentals, and sound systems.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes! We have an open vendor policy. You’re welcome to bring your own caterers, florists, and coordinators.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes, alcohol is permitted with a licensed and insured bartender. We require proof of liability insurance for events serving alcohol.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide on-site parking as well as access to nearby public lots.
How do we reserve a date?
A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the event will receive a 75% partial refund. Cancellations between 31-90 days will receive a 50% partial refund. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. We do offer date transfers depending on availability.
Is security provided or required for my event?
Yes, we require licensed security personnel to be present. We will coordinate security through one of our trusted vendors for an additional fee. This ensures the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
